Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website caesarswindsorshows-ca.com and your use of any related online services offered under the brand "Caesars Windsor Shows" (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as updated from time to time. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026.

  • User: Any natural person who accesses, browses, or otherwise uses the Website or Services, whether or not they create an account. References to "you" and "your" mean the User.
  • Player: A User who has successfully completed registration, age verification, and any required "Know Your Client" (KYC) checks, and who is permitted to place Bets or Wagers where such functionality is offered in Ontario under the iGaming licence.
  • Account: A personal, non-transferable user profile created on the Website for the purpose of accessing certain features (such as managing preferences, participating in promotions related to shows, or, where applicable and permitted, engaging in iGaming services through the licensed Operator).
  • Bet: Any staking of money or monetary value on an event or game outcome offered through the licensed iGaming services (if and where available to Ontario residents), including but not limited to casino games or sportsbook wagers.
  • Wager: Synonymous with Bet and includes any stake placed on games of chance or mixed skill and chance, whether using deposited funds or Bonus funds, in connection with iGaming services provided under AGCO and iGaming Ontario oversight.
  • Bonus: Any promotional value, such as bonus funds, free bets, free spins, vouchers, or similar benefits credited to a Player's Account subject to specific conditions and wagering requirements, whether in relation to iGaming services or promotional offers tied to Caesars Windsor Shows.
  • Promotion: Any time-limited or ongoing offer communicated via the Website, email, or on-site marketing, including but not limited to Bonuses, ticket discounts, loyalty rewards, or bundled offers that may relate to the Caesars Windsor property or its Colosseum venue.
  • KYC (Know Your Client): The verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age, and residence, which may include collecting government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation, in line with applicable Ontario and federal Canadian law.
  • AGCO: The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, the regulatory authority responsible for registering and regulating iGaming operators in Ontario.
  • iGaming Ontario: The agency of the Government of Ontario that conducts and manages iGaming in partnership with registered operators and that oversees market conduct and player protections.
  • Content: All text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual materials, software, data compilations, and other materials available on or through the Website, including information about Caesars Windsor Shows and any related entertainment offerings.
  • Services: The Website and any associated online services, tools, features, and functionalities provided by the Operator via caesarswindsorshows-ca.com, including, where applicable, access or linkage to regulated iGaming services in Ontario.

Account Registration

This section explains who may use the Services, how an Account is created, and the obligations you assume in relation to your login details and identity verification.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account or use any interactive or transactional features of the Website that require registration. Where the Website or linked services enable iGaming or wagering in Ontario, you must be at least 19 years old or such higher age as required by applicable law for real-money play.
  • Residence: Access to any regulated iGaming services is restricted to individuals physically located in Ontario, Canada, at the time of play and who otherwise meet all AGCO and iGaming Ontario eligibility criteria. The Website may, however, provide informational content that is accessible from other locations, subject to local law.
  • Prohibited persons: You may not register or use the Services if you are:
    • Self-excluded or otherwise excluded from gaming activities under any responsible gambling program;
    • On any exclusion list or subject to any order or condition that restricts your participation in gambling in Ontario;
    • Accessing the Services in contravention of local laws in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation Process

  1. Registration form: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other details requested.
  2. Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address by clicking on a confirmation link sent to the email you provided. Until verification is completed, your access to certain features may be limited or suspended.
  3. KYC and identity checks: Before granting full access, the Operator may carry out KYC checks, which can include:
    • Requesting government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driver's licence);
    • Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
    • Verification of payment method ownership; and
    • Screening against relevant exclusion lists, sanctions lists, or regulatory restrictions.
    Failure to provide required documentation or satisfactory verification may result in refusal, limitation, suspension, or closure of your Account.
  4. One Account policy: You are permitted to maintain only one Account with the Operator in relation to the Services. Creation or use of multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or that of another person, is prohibited and may result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of information: You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Services is true, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.
  • Password and access security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other credentials associated with your Account and for all activities that occur under your Account.
    • You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to use your Account;
    • You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach; and
    • The Operator is entitled to treat all actions taken through your credentials as having been authorized by you, unless and until you have notified us of suspected misuse.
  • Prohibited use: You agree not to:
    • Register an Account on behalf of another person or a legal entity;
    • Use another person's identity, documents, or payment methods without lawful authorization;
    • Access the Services from any jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

This section applies where the Website links to or enables access to regulated iGaming services in Ontario operated under the licence of Caesars Interactive Entertainment Canada Inc. and overseen by AGCO and iGaming Ontario. Where the Website is used solely for informational or entertainment purposes (e.g., show schedules), these rules apply mutatis mutandis only to any betting or gaming functionality that may be made available.

Placing Bets and Wagers

  • Offer and acceptance: A Bet or Wager is deemed placed when it is accepted by the Operator's servers and a confirmation is recorded in your Account history. Display of odds, lines, or game options on your screen does not constitute an offer until accepted by the system.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or betting market may have specific minimum and maximum stake limits, which are determined by the Operator and displayed within the relevant interface. The Operator may adjust these limits at any time, subject to regulatory requirements.
  • Funding requirement: You must have sufficient available funds (cash or eligible Bonus balance) in your Account to cover the full amount of any Bet or Wager. If your balance is insufficient, the transaction will not be accepted.
  • Settlement: Bets and Wagers are settled in accordance with:
    • The published house rules and game rules applicable to each product or market;
    • Official results and outcomes as determined by the relevant authority (e.g., sports governing body) or game random number generator (RNG) tested by accredited laboratories; and
    • Applicable AGCO and iGaming Ontario requirements regarding fairness and transparency.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • User-initiated changes: Once a Bet or Wager has been confirmed by the Operator's system, you generally cannot cancel or modify it. Any exceptions will be explicitly described in the relevant game or product rules.
  • Operator cancellations: The Operator may cancel or void a Bet or Wager, in whole or in part, where:
    • An obvious error (including but not limited to palpable errors in odds, line settings, or game functionality) has occurred;
    • There is evidence of fraud, collusion, use of automated tools, or manipulation of software or data;
    • The Bet was accepted after an event had commenced or after the outcome was known, contrary to the applicable rules; or
    • Required under AGCO or iGaming Ontario directives to protect the integrity of gaming.
    In such cases, the Operator may return the original stake to you or, where required, adjust settlement to reflect the correct terms.

Rules of Conduct - Live Casino, Chats, and Interactions

  • Respectful behaviour: When using any live casino, chat, messaging, or interactive feature linked to the Services, you must:
    • Refrain from using insulting, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, or threatening language;
    • Not harass, bully, or abuse other Users, Players, employees, or contractors; and
    • Not post or transmit any content that is obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Prohibition of fraud and unfair practices: You must not:
    • Engage in cheating, collusion, chip dumping, or other unfair strategies;
    • Use bots, scripts, or any form of automated play except where explicitly permitted by the Operator and regulators;
    • Exploit software bugs, latency, or system vulnerabilities; or
    • Share proprietary information or encourage others to break these Terms.
  • Enforcement: The Operator may, in its discretion and subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements:
    • Mute or remove Users from chats;
    • Void Bets and Wagers associated with misconduct;
    • Temporarily suspend or permanently close Accounts involved in prohibited conduct; and
    • Report suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement or regulators.

Bonus Terms

This section sets out general conditions for Bonuses and Promotions associated with the Services. Specific offers may have additional rules; where there is a conflict, the specific terms of the Promotion will prevail to the extent permitted by law.

Bonus Activation and Eligibility

  • Qualification: To receive a Bonus, you must:
    • Hold a verified Account in good standing;
    • Meet any qualifying criteria (e.g., minimum deposit, minimum stake, promotional code entry, or show ticket purchase); and
    • Not be excluded or self-excluded from promotional communications or gaming activity.
  • Activation: Bonuses may be:
    • Automatically credited when qualifying criteria are met; or
    • Manually activated by you (for example, by opting in or entering a promotional code) within the timeframe stated in the Promotion details.
  • Timeframes: Each Bonus or Promotion will specify its validity period, including:
    • The deadline by which it must be claimed (if applicable); and
    • The period within which wagering requirements must be completed (which will not extend beyond 31 December 2026 for Promotions defined with a fixed end date, unless otherwise clearly stated).
    Unused or un-wagered Bonuses may expire upon the applicable deadline.

Wagering Requirements and Restrictions

  • Turnover requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering requirements (e.g., 20x, 30x, or other multiples), as specified in the relevant Promotion. Until such requirements are met:
    • You may be restricted from withdrawing Bonus funds or winnings; and
    • Withdrawing cash funds beforehand may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
  • Contribution of games: Different games or products may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example:
    • Some slot games may contribute 100% of the stake;
    • Table games, live dealer games, or certain low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or 0%;
    • Excluded games will not contribute and may be prohibited for play with Bonus funds.
    The specific contribution percentages and exclusions will be described in each Promotion.
  • Maximum Bet with Bonus funds: The Operator may cap the maximum single Bet or Wager that can be placed with Bonus funds or while a Bonus is active. Placing a Bet above the permitted limit may result in the Bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Prohibited Actions in Relation to Bonuses

  • Abuse of Promotions: You must not engage in any behaviour intended to exploit Bonuses or Promotions, including:
    • Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once;
    • Colluding with others to meet wagering requirements in an artificial or low-risk manner;
    • Betting equal, zero-margin, or systematically offsetting positions to qualify for a Bonus without genuine risk; or
    • Using funds obtained by fraud or unlawful means.
  • Combining Promotions: Unless expressly allowed, Promotions cannot be combined. Where multiple Promotions are active, the Operator may determine the order in which they are applied or restrict participation to a single Promotion at a time.
  • Consequences of breach: In the event of suspected or confirmed Bonus abuse or breach of Bonus terms, the Operator may:
    • Withhold or cancel Bonuses and associated winnings;
    • Deduct improperly obtained Bonus amounts from your balance;
    • Close or suspend your Account; and
    • Report the incident to AGCO or iGaming Ontario if required.

Payments & Withdrawals

This section governs how funds are deposited to and withdrawn from your Account in connection with any iGaming services or monetary transactions linked to the Services. All financial transactions are subject to applicable Canadian and Ontario laws, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations.

Deposit Methods and Conditions

  • Supported methods: Subject to availability and regulatory approval, the Operator may offer one or more of the following deposit methods:
    • Credit and debit cards issued by recognized financial institutions;
    • Interac and other approved bank transfer methods;
    • Selected e-wallets and payment processors; and
    • Other methods permitted by AGCO and iGaming Ontario from time to time.
    The Operator does not undertake to support all methods at all times and may add or remove options.
  • Cryptoassets: To the extent that current Ontario regulatory requirements restrict or prohibit the use of cryptocurrency or similar assets for consumer iGaming, such methods will either not be offered or will be offered only in full compliance with AGCO and iGaming Ontario rules. Where crypto methods are not supported, any reference to "crypto" in general terms shall not be construed as a commitment to accept such payments.
  • Ownership of payment instruments: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. The Operator may request evidence of ownership and may decline or reverse transactions where ownership cannot be verified.
  • Limits and fees: The Operator may impose:
    • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction, per day, or per month;
    • Responsible gambling limits voluntarily set by you (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps); and
    • Fees or pass-through charges associated with particular payment methods, clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

Withdrawals

  • General principle: Subject to verification, regulatory obligations, and these Terms, you are entitled to withdraw your available cash balance. Bonus funds may be subject to additional conditions as described in the Bonus Terms.
  • Method of payment: Where possible and consistent with regulatory and banking rules, withdrawals will be processed using the same method and to the same account used for depositing. The Operator may, at its discretion, offer alternative methods where necessary.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, typically within a few business days, but actual times may vary based on:
    • Completion of required KYC and anti-money laundering checks;
    • Third-party payment provider processing times; and
    • Weekends, public holidays, or other operational constraints.
    Any indicative processing times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.
  • Verification requirements: The Operator may require you to provide or reconfirm identification documents, proof of address, and payment instrument details before processing withdrawals, particularly where cumulative amounts exceed regulatory thresholds or risk indicators are triggered.

Refunds and Adjustments

  • Refund of Bets and Bonuses: In limited circumstances, such as game malfunctions, confirmed technical issues, or voided events, the Operator may:
    • Refund the stake of affected Bets or Wagers to your Account balance; or
    • Restore Bonus funds where they were clearly lost solely due to a system error, subject to regulatory approval and audit requirements.
  • Chargebacks and reversals: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without lawful basis may constitute a breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to:
    • Recover any amounts improperly credited to your Account;
    • Charge you for reasonable costs and expenses arising from such action; and
    • Close or suspend your Account and report the matter to relevant authorities.
  • Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all transactions will be conducted in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any currency conversion performed by your payment provider is outside the Operator's control and may be subject to additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

This section describes the extent of the Operator's responsibility for the provision of the Services and sets out limitations on liability to the maximum extent permitted by Ontario and applicable Canadian law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator will:
    • Provide the Services in accordance with AGCO and iGaming Ontario standards and any applicable technical requirements, including fairness testing by accredited laboratories where required;
    • Take reasonable steps to ensure that game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators or equivalent mechanisms; and
    • Maintain appropriate internal controls, data security, and operational procedures consistent with its information security management certifications (including ISO 27001 where applicable in scope).
  • Accuracy of information: While the Operator endeavours to ensure that Content on the Website (for example, schedules and descriptions related to Caesars Windsor Shows or iGaming products) is accurate and up to date, it does not guarantee that all such information is error-free or complete at all times.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical failures: The Services are provided using complex systems that may occasionally experience interruptions, delays, or errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
    • The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions to the Services due to maintenance, upgrades, system failures, or failures of telecommunications or internet providers;
    • If a game or transaction is affected by a technical failure, the Operator may void affected Bets or Wagers and either refund the stake or re-credit your Account as appropriate and consistent with regulatory guidance; and
    • Your sole remedy for any failure or malfunction of the Services is limited to the return of any stake placed in the affected transaction or, where appropriate, re-performance of the relevant service.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:
    • Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages;
    • Loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings; or
    • Losses arising from your own breach of these Terms or failure to follow reasonable instructions.
  • Maximum compensation: Where the Operator is found liable to you in relation to a specific Bet, Wager, or transaction, its total liability shall not exceed:
    • The amount of the disputed stake; or
    • The amount of actual loss directly caused by the Operator's proven breach, whichever is lower, subject always to statutory minimums or mandatory rights that cannot be limited under Ontario or federal law.

Responsible Gambling and Third-Party Support

  • Responsible play: You acknowledge that gaming and betting involve financial risk and that you should only wager amounts you can afford to lose. The Operator supports responsible gambling initiatives and complies with AGCO and iGaming Ontario requirements on player protections.

Intellectual Property Rights

This section sets out how Content and software made available through the Website may be used and the protections that apply under copyright and related laws.

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All Content and software on or accessible through caesarswindsorshows-ca.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, images, audio-visual material, design, layout, and code, is owned by the Operator, its affiliates (including Caesars Entertainment Inc. where applicable), licensors, or content partners, and is protected by copyright, trade-mark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
    • Access and view the Website and its Content for personal, non-commercial use; and
    • Use any interactive features of the Services solely as intended and permitted by the Operator.

Prohibited Uses

  • No copying or redistribution: You may not, without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder:
    • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or Content;
    • Distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise exploit any Content or software;

    • Introduce new Services or features or withdraw existing ones; or

Your Acceptance of Changes

  • Continuing use: By continuing to access or use the Services after the effective date of updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
  • Right to discontinue use: If you do not agree with any modification, you must:
    • Cease using the Services immediately; and
    • If you hold an Account, contact customer support to arrange for closure and, where applicable and lawful, withdrawal of any remaining eligible funds.

Termination & Suspension

This section describes when and how your access to the Services or your Account may be suspended or terminated, and what happens to your funds in such circumstances.

Operator-Initiated Suspension or Termination

  • Grounds: The Operator may suspend or close your Account and/or restrict your access to the Services where:
    • You breach these Terms or any specific rules applicable to Promotions, games, or features;
    • There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other unlawful or prohibited activities;
    • You fail to provide requested KYC or verification documents, or such documents are unsatisfactory or inconsistent;
    • You are found to be self-excluded or subject to an exclusion order or similar restriction; or
    • Required by AGCO, iGaming Ontario, law enforcement, or applicable law.
  • Procedure and notice: Where legally and practically possible, the Operator will:
    • Provide you with notice of suspension or closure via the email address on file or through in-account messaging;
    • Explain, in general terms, the reason for the action, subject to legal or regulatory constraints; and
    • Indicate whether and how you may rectify the issue or seek further information.

User-Initiated Closure

  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. The Operator may verify your identity before acting on such a request.
  • Self-exclusion: If you wish to self-exclude from gaming activities, you may do so through available responsible gambling tools or by contacting customer support, in accordance with AGCO and iGaming Ontario frameworks. Self-exclusion requests may have immediate and long-term consequences for your ability to use iGaming services.

Effect of Termination on Funds

  • Available balances: Upon termination or closure of your Account (whether by you or by the Operator), any remaining eligible cash balance will, subject to verification and regulatory obligations, be returned to you using an appropriate payment method, unless:
    • Your funds are subject to a legal or regulatory hold, seizure, or forfeiture; or
    • The funds are reasonably believed to be connected to prohibited activities.
  • Bonuses: On closure, all unused Bonuses and associated wagering entitlements will ordinarily be forfeited unless the Operator is required by law or regulation to treat them differently.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This section clarifies which laws apply to these Terms and how disputes may be resolved.

Applicable Law

  • Governing law: These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, or with the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution and Forums

    • iGaming Ontario, in accordance with any dispute resolution mechanisms it provides for players in the Ontario iGaming market (see https://igamingontario.ca for general information).
  • Court proceedings: Subject to any mandatory arbitration rules that may apply under Ontario law and any applicable consumer protection legislation, the courts of the Province of Ontario shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Services.
